Can you feel dizzy because of the weather? - notes about stomachache cancer

Of course I have a cold. , Sore throat, earache, headache, stomach pain. But it has been for a few days.

Today, all day, every time I got up and walked around, I felt very dizzy. My mother says that's crazy weather here in CT. 60 degrees today, in January (which I find outrageous) on a side note!

Is this possible? The variations in temperature - 30 to 60 and back? And the pressure?

Any remedies?
